Reports To :
Human Resources Director We are seeking a Recruiter to help us attract top talent across the country. In this role, you will lead and manage talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, engaging, and hiring skilled candidates to support our expanding operations. This role is ideal for someone who is bilingual, proactive, and thrives working independently. Source and engage candidates through creative outreach with community organizations, technical schools, job boards, and social media Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, community leaders, and professional network Identify and develop new recruiting channels and job lead sources through networking and events Collaborate with team members to improve recruiting strategies and candidate experiences Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions Conduct interviews via phone or in-person Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews Write and post a variety of content from online job ads, social content, and outreach messages and make flyers for in-person job fairs and events. Travel as needed to support recruiting efforts and expand talent pipelines. More frequent travel includes day or overnight travel throughout the Southeast and less frequent travel includes other regions such as Texas and New Mexico Stay informed about market trends, recruiting websites and competitor recruiting strategies Track and plan monthly/quarterly recruiting activities to support new projects across the country; updating reports to stay organized Track, analyze and report on recruiting statistics such as top recruiting sources, online post reach, employee retention, etc Ensure that hires complete pre-employment screenings and onboarding and are prepared to have a great new-hire experience Support Human Resources department initiatives including employee engagement and training
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish Associate or bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in staffing agency recruiting, management in trades work, or experience in Sales & Marketing Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Analytical mindset, with an interest in using reports from the applicant tracking system and other sources to learn how recruiting activities are making an impact and apply different approaches as needed Collaborative work style; someone that is accountable to recruiting goals while still engaging others in the process Comfortable networking and building relationships in person and online Willingness to travel and explore new ways to find talent Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple open positions at a time Why You'll Love This Role Room to be creative and try new approaches Supportive team environment that values fresh ideas Professional growth through networking and real-world experience Great benefits that include medical with employer provided savings accounts in ALL plans, dental, vision, accident insurance, life insurance and a 401k with 6% employer match.
