What You'll Be Doing Building relationships with engineering professionals across the United States. Learning how to recruit within specialist engineering markets. Speaking with candidates and clients every day. Developing your own specialist market and becoming known within your niche. Managing interview processes from start to finish. Negotiating offers and helping people make career-changing decisions. Working alongside experienced recruiters who will coach and develop you. Contributing to the growth of Conrad Consulting USA. What We're Looking For Previous recruitment experience isn't essential. We're much more interested in attitude than experience.
