Role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines full-cycle recruiting with key HR support functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and hiring top talent while also assisting with onboarding, employee relations, and other HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Develop creative sourcing methods through social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals. Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and candidate pipelines. Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Support HR functions such as employee engagement, compliance documentation, and benefits coordination. Participate in workforce planning and diversity hiring initiatives. Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and provide regular reports to leadership. Ensure all recruiting and HR activities align with company values, policies, and legal standards. Required Skills/Abilities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required. At least 5 years of experience in sourcing talent using the Internet, including advanced search strings, power searching, and deep research. SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential HR generalist experience (onboarding, benefits, employee relations, complaints/investigation, or compliance) Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Proficient with
HRIS/ATS
systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience recruiting/sourcing for sales, contact center telesales, and marketing agency roles. Experience with high-volume recruiting. Experience with targeted networking, including a demonstrated ability to leverage blogs and chat rooms to find the right information quickly. Strong Internet savvy, including knowledge of where to look and how to leverage the nuances of different job boards and search engines. A proven ability to develop and execute a sourcing strategy to find resumes and generate names, including experience with Advanced Boolean Internet searching and Power searching. Experience and understanding of working in a high-growth environment. Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing, tracking details, and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all organizational levels in the business community. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews. Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines. Solid business acumen and the ability to work independently Solid research, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to handle multiple projects and a high volume of work with ever-changing priorities.
