Job Description
Overview As a member of our team, you will be responsible for locating and identifying technically-skilled candidates for production, technical, and engineering-related positions. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing new candidates, screening potential candidates, coordinating pre-employment testing, and onboarding new hires. Responsibilities Source and plan recruiting efforts to identify top candidates. Conduct advanced searches across resume databases to find suitable talent. Manage job postings, qualify applicants, and oversee the entire interviewing and hiring process Utilize resume databases and employ invite-to-apply strategies to enhance recruitment efforts. Collaborate with the Recruiting Department to develop effective posting strategies and referral networks. Maintain and expand a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. Import candidate data from external sources into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Schedule interviews, pre-employment drug tests/physicals, and track results. Responsible for onboarding new hires via the Applicant Tracking System. Qualifications Team-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to help our team succeed Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office, internet research, and database software Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS) a plus Skilled user of LinkedIn to source and network with candidates Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time Ability to work in a team environment Strong organizational skills required
