Location:

Carrollton, GA (HQ) or Atlanta Battery office Conducts sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes to attract qualified candidates. Implements recruitment strategies and ensures alignment with organizational hiring needs. Collaborates with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.



Key Responsibilities

Assesses talent acquisition needs and strategies to ensure alignment with the company's workforce planning goals and business objectives.



Assists in the management of recruitment initiatives, providing guidance and support to less experienced colleagues within the team.



Develops more complex sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the industry, utilizing both traditional and innovative channels.



Implements processes to optimize recruitment workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.



Forecasts future talent needs by analyzing workforce trends and market data, helping to build a proactive recruitment approach.



Confers with hiring managers and senior leadership to determine hiring needs and job specifications for open positions.



Coaches team members on effective recruitment techniques, sharing best practices and contributing to the development of talent acquisition skills.



Establishes relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and professional networks to enhance the talent pipeline.



Ensures the quality and consistency of candidate assessments and hiring decisions, conducting periodic reviews of recruitment metrics.
