NOT NECESSARY - WILLING TO TRAIN!

! Your specific duties in this role will include: Posting ads on recruiting sites to recruit top talent. Call and schedule candidates. Complete drug screens, background checks, and interviews. Work closely with Sales reps to understand each client's specific needs. Make sure new hires complete company safety orientations. Issue safety training card and PPE. Dispatch each new employee to job sites and coordinate with a sales rep for the first-day introduction. Weekly payroll entry
