Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Senior Team Resources Generalist & Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment while also supporting key human resources functions including employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and policy administration. This role partners closely with leadership to attract top talent, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure alignment with company values and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to both recruiting and HR support.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including manufacturing, technical, and professional positions Develop job postings, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate offers Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build proactive recruiting strategies, and keeping up with compensation trends to support team members Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive new hire experience Support employee relations by providing guidance on policies, procedures, and conflict resolution Assist with administering performance reviews, corrective actions, and policy updates Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies at all locations Support HR initiatives such as engagement programs, internal communications, and retention strategies Take ownership of metrics related to recruitment and KPIs related to TR Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate reports as needed Perform administrative tasks related to recruiting, employee files, and TR communications
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in a combined HR generalist and recruiting role Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and full-cycle recruiting Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality Experience supporting a manufacturing or multi-site workforce
Preferred:
SHRM-CP or PHR certification Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus depending on workforce demographics Familiarity with hourly recruiting and high-volume hiring environments
