In this role, you will recruit, interview, onboard, and support employees while partnering with clients to deliver exceptional staffing solutions. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM In-office position based in Norcross, Georgia Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when needed to support customer needs, employee check-ins, orientations, and staffing requirements Occasional local travel to customer sites, job fairs, and onboarding events may be required What You'll Do Recruit, source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates Manage high-volume hiring activities and maintain accurate ATS records Conduct employee orientations, background check processing, and onboarding activities Partner with clients to fulfill staffing orders and workforce needs Build strong relationships with customers, candidates, and temporary employees Handle employee inquiries and assist with employee relations matters Process weekly branch payroll and manage assignment lifecycle activities Collaborate with Client Services Managers to improve service delivery and candidate quality Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and safety requirements What You Need to Qualify Required Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills High School Diploma or GED One or more years of staffing, recruiting, customer service, or client-facing experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field Experience using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed Experience with AI recruiting tools and technology Staffing industry experience preferred Compensation & Rewards Competitive salary based on experience, up to $50,000 annually Uncapped bonus potential Performance incentives, recognition programs, prizes, and trips Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off starting at 3 weeks annually , increasing with tenure 40 hours of Volunteer Time Off (VTO) Professional development and career growth opportunities Culture Faith and family-friendly work environment Supportive teammates who challenge and encourage one another Opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day Ready to Apply?
