Description Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client that is looking to add a Corporate Recruiter with sales recruiting experience to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent. Position Overview The Corporate Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, with a particular focus on recruiting sales professionals and other corporate roles. This individual will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Key Responsibilities
+ Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and onboarding support.
+ Recruit for a variety of positions with an emphasis on sales and corporate roles.
+ Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
+ Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
+ Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
+ Coordinate interview schedules and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
+ Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
+ Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
+ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

+ Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
+ Proven experience recruiting for sales positions and other professional-level roles.
+ Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
