Talent Acquisition Specialist Caesars Entertainment - 3.6 Council Bluffs, IA Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Responsible for recruiting and interviewing candidates for all levels of the organization, including onboarding and HRIS functions. Help to drive staffing and retention strategy to meet customer requirements to include sourcing, interviewing, testing, selection, and final offer recommendations. Create and manage job postings across job boards, internal platforms, social media, and community resources. Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates; greet and assist candidates with a positive and professional demeanor. Respond to applicant inquiries and conduct initial screening interviews. Review transfer requests and internal applications for eligibility and completeness. Coordinate and participate in external recruitment efforts (job fairs, community outreach, colleges). Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, drug testing, licensing, offer letters, and onboarding documentation. Oversee new hire orientation scheduling and ensure timely completion of all onboarding requirements. Respond to applicant and employee inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Perform end‑to‑end HRIS data entry including onboarding, separations, transfers, wage changes, performance reviews, and personal data changes. Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and resolve audit findings. Maintain, monitor, and resolve ATS/HCM coexistence issues and oversee job code mapping for new positions. File and manage applicant and active/inactive personnel records in compliance with company policy. Compiles HR data reports for various departments, including monthly metrics and ad hoc requests. Maintain and track employee referral programs and process payouts. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and gaming laws, including I‑9 verification within required timelines. Responsible for ensuring completion of gaming requirements for all Team Members and for renewals; as well as managing the payment process/tracking and maintain confidentiality of all applicant and Team Member information. Support adherence to company ethics, policies, and HR/departmental procedures. Ensure consistent, high-quality service standards are maintained in the Employment Office while providing accurate information and excellent customer service in all interactions. Provide outstanding customer service to candidates, employees, leadership, and external partners. Presents oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
