Hourly Pay Range:
$35.16 - $54.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Provider Recruiter As a Provider Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for medical providers, from sourcing candidates through offer acceptance to onboarding. You will build strong relationships with clinical leadership, understand departmental needs, and develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top medical talent in a competitive market. This position requires someone who understands the unique challenges of physician, APP, CRNA recruitment and can effectively communicate our organization's value proposition to candidates.

Monday-Friday, during normal business hours. Occasional evenings or weekends for hiring events or conferences
Required Travel:
Travel to other Endeavor Health locations will be required What you will do: Partner with hiring managers and CSL department leaders to understand staffing requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for various specialties and practice settings. Source candidates through multiple channels including professional networks, medical conferences, referrals, job boards, and social media platforms. Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and career goals Coordinate interview schedules with clinical teams and facilitate the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Prepare employment offer letters and make recommendations for compensation packages within established guidelines, maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system, and ensuring compliance with credentialing, board certification, and licensing requirements. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings Represent the organization at career fairs and professional events Track recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
What you will need:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Health Administration, or Business Administration or equivalent related work experience, required.
Certification:
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), preferred. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), preferred.
Experience:
2-3+ years of provider recruitment or related healthcare or business recruitment experience, required.
Unique or Preferred Skills:
Strong knowledge of medical specialties, credentialing processes, and healthcare industry trends, along with proven success in recruiting for hard-to-fill positions. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools is required.
