High-Volume & Niche Sourcing:

Execute aggressive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, cold outreach, and database searches to build deep active and passive talent pools.

Bilingual Candidate Engagement:

Conduct interviews, phone screens, and ongoing candidate communication fluently in both English and Spanish to support diverse candidate pools and client needs.

Client & Job Order Fulfillment:

Work directly with Account Managers and client stakeholders to quickly match top candidates to open client job orders (contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement).

Candidate Management:

Screen, interview, prep, and debrief candidates throughout the entire agency interview and hiring lifecycle.

Closing & Submitting:

Write compelling candidate summaries, present shortlists to Account Managers/Clients, and manage offer negotiations, rate discussions, and counter-offer preps.

Pipeline Building:

Continually build, nurture, and maintain a robust database of active job seekers in your specific vertical or territory. What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

Language Requirements:

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is

REQUIRED

(spoken and written).

Agency Experience:

1+ years of agency recruiting, commercial staffing, or headhunting experience preferred (sales/retail top performers looking to break into agency staffing are encouraged to apply!).

Drive & Mindset:

Highly target-driven, resilient, and motivated by performance-based uncapped commission.

Sourcing Mastery:

Hands-on experience with job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, ZipRecruiter) and Boolean searching.

Communication:

Outstanding persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills over the phone and video in both English and Spanish.

Multitasking:
