What you'll do Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract healthcare professionals across various specialties. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles. Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates through onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both applicants and hiring managers. Utilize various platforms including social media, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Lever and Workday to source and track candidates effectively. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices in talent acquisition. Build strong relationships with potential candidates through effective communication and relationship management techniques. Stay updated on employment and labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process. Participate in campus recruitment events and lead generation initiatives to foster a pipeline of future talent. Basic qualifications Proven experience in recruiting within the healthcare industry or related fields. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for both candidates and hiring managers effectively. Preferred qualifications Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) such as Paychex, Kronos, or UltiPro is a plus. Experience with executive recruiting and internal recruiting processes. Knowledge of training & development practices as well as succession planning strategies.
