Direct Hire Recruiter | Professional Staffing | Commission + Bonuses Greenwood, IN | Full-Time | In-Office 8am -5pm AppleTree Staffing is hiring an experienced Direct Hire Recruiter to join our growing Professional Staffing team in Greenwood, Indiana. What You'll Do Recruit and place candidates across professional, office, manufacturing, and other client openings Source passive and active candidates using Indeed, resume databases, referrals, networking, and direct outreach Conduct phone screens and onsite interviews to evaluate experience, qualifications, career goals, compensation, and overall fit Present qualified candidates for client opportunities Manage candidates throughout the interview and hiring process Maintain consistent candidate communication and follow-up Partner closely with Account Managers and Team Lead to understand client requirements and recruiting priorities Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates Manage multiple open requisitions and shifting priorities simultaneously Meet established recruiting activity, interview, submission, and placement goals Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity within internal systems Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients What We're Looking For This position is best suited for someone who has already experienced agency staffing and understands that recruiting requires both relationship-building and measurable activity.

Preferred qualifications include:

3 - 4 + years of staffing agency recruiting experience Experience recruiting professional, clerical/administrative, manufacturing, leadership, or similar positions Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously Strong candidate sourcing and resume-search experience Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively contacting candidates Strong interviewing and candidate qualification skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment Excellent follow-up, organization, and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication Sense of urgency and personal accountability Competitive, goal-oriented mindset Ability to develop relationships while still driving recruiting results Compensation & Schedule Realistic first-year total compensation: $75,000-$100,000, this includes base + commission Monthly commission, uncapped Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM In-office position Greenwood, IN 46143 Why AppleTree Staffing?
