Corporate Recruiter The Company Hallcon is a transportation and related infrastructure services company that serves clients such as technology companies, manufacturers, railroads, universities, corporate business parks, hospitals, airports, public transportation networks and more. Hallcon provides essential services spanning multi-modal operations, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, technology integration, analytics, business intelligence, fleet management, specialty cleaning, and overall rider experience performance. We are inviting the right leader to join our team and help us drive rapid growth. The Role The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing qualified candidates at all levels. Key responsibilities will include managing job postings and advertisements for assigned roles, creating process improvements within Talent Acquisition, building relationships with hiring managers, and supporting field operations by ensuring the quick and efficient filling of open roles. Key Role and Responsibilities Plan and perform recruitment activities, such as sourcing qualified applicants, conducting interviews, pre-employment screenings, selection and offer process. Position may perform new hire orientation and onboarding activities. Manage staffing to appropriate levels using determined organization models Ensure seamless communication and partnership with hiring managers and HR leadership regarding hiring needs and process Develop candidate pipelines through different sourcing and CRM tools Serve as liaison between hiring managers, HR, and Ops Management to ensure all parties are up to date on progress and potential changes Lead projects that serve to enhance and improve our talent acquisition process flow Support new business launches by working with launch team to meet all staffing needs Effectively utilize
ATS/HRIS
systems, and ensure all steps taken are in accordance with legal hiring practices and within the policies of Hallcon Other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements Bachelor's degree 3+ years full cycle recruiting; a mix of both corporate and agency recruiting preferred Experience working within a Human Resource department that operates multi-site and multi-state Background in the development and creative of recruiting materials, SOPs, and processes Ability to utilize
ATS/HRIS
systems and Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws Preferred Skills Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written Ability to build relationships with key management Excellent organizational skills Exceptional time management without consistent oversight from managers Ability to balance and prioritize assigned tasks We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, exceptional growth potential and stability, all within a professional, yet casual work environment.
