About the job: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter (Fresher) to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels. 2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. 3. Conduct initial telephonic or online screening interviews. 4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 5. Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. 6. Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, assessments, and updates. 7. Assist in preparing and sharing offer letters and onboarding documents. 8. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. 9. Maintain proper records of candidate interactions and recruitment status. 10. Support the HR team in meeting hiring targets and improving the overall recruitment process.
