Recruiter:

Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates through various online platforms, and networking. Screen, interview, and qualify prospective professional candidates to ensure a strong fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to review candidates, support salary negotiations, and facilitate the offer process. Handle multiple candidate requests simultaneously, providing professional support and guidance to hiring managers. Recruiter:

Proven ability to post jobs, source candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and databases. Experience in screening, interviewing, and candidate qualification. Ability to quickly assess candidate fit, ask insightful questions, and maintain clear notes and recommendations. Strong partnership skills to support hiring managers and manage offer conversations.
