The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following: Perform full-life-cycle recruitment including phone calls, interviews, follow-ups up to onboarding. Attend and participate in the coordination, logistics, and organization of events and career fairs. Maintain rapport with MMR departments to stay updated on hiring needs. Utilize an Applicant Tracking System to track recruiting processes and workflows. Travel to district offices, university events, and career fairs as needed. Perform various tasks as needed to align with the organization's overall business objectivesRequired Skills and Qualifications :
