Full Time $16-$18/hr (depending on experience)Fast‑paced, people‑heavy, phone‑heavy role Tiger Labor & Staffing is looking for a high‑energy, reliable, people‑focused Staffing Support Specialist to help keep our office running smoothly. This role is the backbone of our operation — recruiting workers, supporting clients, handling payroll details, and helping our sales manager keep the pipeline warm. If you like staying busy, talking to people, solving problems, and being part of a small team that works hard and wins together, you'll fit right in. This is a hands‑on, real‑world staffing job — not a corporate HR desk. You'll interact with walk‑in applicants, blue‑collar workers, and local businesses every day. Key Responsibilities Recruit and onboard workers for industrial, construction, and warehouse jobs Assist walk‑in applicants with paperwork and questions Enter worker information accurately (attention to detail matters) Make inside sales calls to local companies Set appointments for the sales manager Handle payroll numbers and resolve simple discrepancies Replace workers when attendance issues arise Keep the office organized and moving Support leadership in a fast‑paced environment Stay upbeat, steady, and professional even on busy days Required Qualifications High energy and strong work ethic — thrives in a fast‑paced, constantly moving environment Calm, professional communication style — able to stay composed with walk‑in applicants and workers Comfortable interacting with blue‑collar workers and a wide range of personalities Accurate with numbers and details — especially for payroll and data entry Confident on the phone — willing to make outbound calls to local businesses Able to follow established processes and take direction from leadership Dependable and punctual — shows up consistently and takes pride in reliability Learns new systems quickly and adapts to changing priorities Team‑oriented mindset — works well in a small, tight‑knit office Flexible availability — occasional early mornings or weekend needs during peak periods Professional, steady demeanor — handles busy days and challenging situations without drama Schedule Full‑time Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays or early mornings during peak times What We Offer $16-$18/hr depending on experience Fast‑paced, meaningful work A small, tight‑knit team Clear expectations and strong leadership A chance to grow into recruiting, dispatch, or sales support How to Apply Send your resume and a short message explaining: Why you want to work in a staffing office Why you're comfortable making outbound calls What makes you a reliable teammate
