Patient Recruiter / Clinical Trials BRCR Global - 4.0 Gretna, LA Job Details Full-time From $18 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Professional networking Spanish Interpersonal skills Biostatistics Customer service English Patient recruitment Negotiation Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description The Patients Retention & Recruitment Assistant will provide information and education on clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria to healthcare providers and populations. The R&R Specialist will conduct in-service presentations aimed at increasing patient enrollment. They will collaborate with other medical field teams to ensure the optimal execution of trials by developing customized recruitment plans. This position also requires to work with referral physicians and develop referral networks to support sites, as well as collaborate with support groups in the therapeutic area. It is a full-time, field-based position with up to 80% institution/medical center and others health care provider visits.
Qualifications/Experience:
Experience in community engagement required Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with a wide range of people Health experience is a plus Customer service skills Excellent presentation and strong communication skills Ability to complete patient recruitment activities, including data abstraction Demonstrated ability to coordinate and complete activities across multiple functions.
Competencies:
Proven success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation skills Ability to apply technical/scientific knowledge Flexibility to learn Initiative and execution-driven orientation
