Position Highlights Full-Time Position Monday - Friday Schedule (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Corporate Office Work Environment Opportunity to Grow Within a National Security Company Work with a Collaborative Recruiting and Operations Team
Note:
Occasional nights, weekends, and holidays may be required on a rotational basis as business needs arise. Position Overview The Recruiting Assistant supports the Recruiting Team with the daily administration of recruiting and staffing activities. This role involves assisting with candidate communications, scheduling interviews, providing employee support, and coordinating with hiring managers throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities Contact candidates and schedule interviews Provide candidate and employee support Assist with daily recruiting administration Communicate with hiring managers regarding hiring needs Coordinate with managers throughout the hiring process Assist in solving well-defined staffing issues using standard tools and processes Escalate issues to the appropriate internal resources when needed Perform general administrative duties Required Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong multi-tasking skills Problem-solving ability Excellent organizational skills Experience working in a professional office environment Microsoft Office proficiency Strong computer and phone skills Excellent written and verbal communication Professional phone etiquette Ability to understand and implement company processes and policies Team-oriented with the ability to work with a diverse workforce Technologically capable and comfortable learning new systems Self-motivated and able to take initiative on assigned tasks Call center experience is preferred.
