Job Description

Bilingual Front Recruiter:
Position Overview:
As a Staffing Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions for our clients. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process and ensure excellent service to both job seekers and employers.
  • This position is a temp-to-hire role directly FlexForce designed to provide a structured onboarding and evaluation period for new team members.
During the initial 90 days, you will be employed in a temporary capacity while receiving hands-on training and support. This period allows both you and FlexForce to assess overall fit, performance, and long-term potential within the organization. Upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period, employees may be transitioned into a full-time, permanent position, which may include expanded responsibilities, benefits eligibility, and growth opportunities within the company.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and screen candidates for a variety of roles, including temporary, contract, and direct-hire placements Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications and match candidates with client needs Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and local outreach to build a talent pipeline Collaborate with the sales team and account managers to understand client requirements Submit qualified candidates and coordinate interview and onboarding processes Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) Manage candidate relationships and provide ongoing support during and after job placement Assist in administering skills testing, and onboarding.   • Web Apps daily Administrative duties including but not limited to: Submitting timesheets to payroll Ending employees as needed with accurate notes
  • Ops Ended Scanning & uploading documents Completing I9 forms E-Verify (as required) Assist in administering drug screens Activated Rapid Pay Cards Auditing new hire checklist Weekly cleaning of your space and office area (Fridays)
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources (staffing agency experience preferred) Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter) preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Typing skills
  • 40 wpm Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills
