Responsibilities:

Collaborate and build partnerships with the leadership team to assess talent needs. Create a diverse and broad sourcing roadmap for candidates. Search, prescreen, schedule, and conduct interviews, recommending qualified candidates as per guidelines. Command the recruiting process, including sourcing, resume review, communication with hiring managers, and coordinating interviews. Conceptualize recruiting dashboards and utilize data-driven decisions to enhance recruiting processes. Manage all internship activities from planning through onboarding. Generate reports/data to analyze recruiting performance and customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

BA Degree or 2-5 years of related recruiting experience. Familiarity with general HR practices and employment law. Technology-oriented with experience in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other electronic tools. Exceptional collaboration, relationship-building, and consultative skills. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Bilingual in Spanish
