Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic talent medical recruiting team. In this vital role, you will drive the full cycle recruiting process, sourcing top talent across various disciplines, including clinical staff recruitment and executive search. Your expertise will help us build a talented workforce by leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, managing candidate relationships, and collaborating closely with senior leadership. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our organization's growth and success through strategic talent management and exceptional candidate experience. Our main office for the medical division is in Methuen, MA. but the recruiter can choose to work in Taunton MA. or New Bedford, MA. M - F; 8:30 am to 5pm. Base Salary, plus monthly commissions. Duties Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using talent acquisition platforms such as Nurse Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. Source candidates proactively through social media management, cold calling, research. Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate skills, and cultural fit. Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring journey. Collaborate with internal staff and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, market trends analysis, and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Lead negotiations on employment contracts, salary packages, and benefits to secure top talent while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law. Qualifications Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment; clinical staff recruitment or healthcare staffing experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing techniques including social media management and research methods. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates at all levels of seniority. Ability to analyze market trends to inform recruiting strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts in talent acquisition. Strong negotiation skills coupled with relationship management expertise to foster long-term partnerships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
