Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Recruiter for a contract/temporary opportunity. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys sourcing talent, coordinating hiring activity, and supporting fast-moving staffing needs. The Recruiter will help identify and engage qualified candidates for roles that support essential security operations. This is a strong opportunity to build hands-on recruiting experience in a professional, team-oriented environment with supportive leadership, clear hiring goals, and exposure to high-volume recruiting processes. Candidates who are organized, personable, and comfortable communicating with a variety of applicants and hiring partners will be well positioned for success. Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for security, surveillance, operations, and related support positions.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate fit based on job requirements and availability.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and hiring process communication.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity notes, and pipeline updates in applicant tracking or recruiting systems.
- Partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and urgency of open roles.
- Support a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional representation of the opportunity. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $26 to $28 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/temporary. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Source and screen candidates for recruiting and staffing needs.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and hiring process steps.
- Maintain recruiting pipelines and accurate applicant tracking records.
- Support hiring teams with timely updates and candidate recommendations.
- 1-2 years of recruiting, sourcing, staffing, human resources, or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates professionally by phone, email, and other recruiting channels.
- Ability to evaluate resumes and candidate qualifications against role requirements.
- Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills in a deadline-driven recruiting environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple open roles, candidates, and priorities at the same time.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems, email, online job boards, and applicant tracking or recruiting tools. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for security, surveillance, field operations, customer service, or hourly workforce roles.
- Familiarity with high-volume recruiting, contract staffing, or temporary hiring processes.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, resume databases, or LinkedIn sourcing tools.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal hiring partners.
