Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Full-Cycle Recruiter for a contract/temporary opportunity in Warren, MI. This Recruiter role supports hiring needs within the security and surveillance industry and manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer coordination and onboarding. - Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, create accurate job descriptions, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews while maintaining a professional and timely candidate experience.
- Prepare offer letters, communicate compensation and job expectations, and support offer negotiations in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records in the Applicant Tracking System and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source-of-hire. Compensation and Benefits

Warren, MI. Required Qualifications and Skills- Manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles across the organization.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding activities, and recruiting documentation.
- Track recruiting activity and support compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a full-cycle recruiting role.
- Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Strong ability to screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Experience working with hiring managers to define role requirements and support hiring decisions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and accurate recruitment recordkeeping.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of compliant hiring practices and professional candidate communication. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for roles within the security, surveillance, operations, field service, or related industries.
- Experience supporting onboarding, orientation coordination, and new hire documentation.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and pipeline activity.
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates.
