Implement and maintain applicant tracking system and employment information, including applicant and candidate files.
Create all communications regarding recruiting, offer letters, promotion letters and pre-employment requirements.
Responsible for recruitment analytics.
Assist on other human resources related projects.

Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate company policies and procedures.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.

JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting/hiring for all positions, including screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews and presenting offers of employment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
