We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a background in Home Care, Hospice, and Assisted Living recruiting who is excited to grow within a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. This is an opportunity to work alongside strong leadership and mentorship while supporting multiple expanding healthcare organizations. Candidates from these environments often thrive in our organization because they are familiar with performance metrics, activity expectations, and high-volume hiring environments. Healthcare Recruiter Overview. Full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding caregivers and clinical staff. Determine applicant qualifications through structured candidate interviews. Communicate with healthcare professionals including Nurses, Therapists, Social Workers, and healthcare office staff. Write, edit, and post job advertisements across multiple platforms. Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and priorities. Support additional talent acquisition projects and hiring initiatives. This role provides strong exposure to multiple care settings and career paths within healthcare. Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications. Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field preferred. Prior recruiting experience in healthcare strongly preferred. Experience working in a staffing agency, recruiting firm, or metrics-driven recruiting environment is highly valued. Ability to participate in occasional evening or weekend recruiting activities. Understanding of healthcare industry roles and functions. Outgoing personality with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize responsibilities. Self-starter mentality with a hands-on approach to hiring. What Makes This Role Unique.
