Salary Range:

Experience in recruiting, sales, business development, community outreach, leadership, or a related field preferred. Comfortable representing the organization at networking events, career fairs, and community engagements. Ability to work independently while partnering closely with district leadership. Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses preferred. Candidates who are not currently licensed must obtain both licenses prior to starting the role; full licensing support, study resources, and training will be provided. Commitment to professional growth and helping others achieve success. Insurance or financial services experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Build relationships with community leaders, local organizations, colleges, and business professionals to identify potential talent. Recruit, interview, and attract individuals interested in meaningful careers in insurance and financial services. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of future insurance professionals across the district. Represent the organization at networking events, career fairs, and community outreach activities.
