$55,000- 75,000 (based on experience)

We're seeking a Recruiter who will play a critical role in identifying and attracting talented individuals who share our commitment to enriching the lives of those we serve. In this role, you'll partner with hiring leaders, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience from first conversation through onboarding.- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and candidate communications.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide market insights and hiring recommendations.
- Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural alignment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community outreach efforts.
- Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to drive efficient and effective hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate records, and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with HR and operational partners on talent initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.
- Travel to organizational locations as needed to support recruitment activities, job fairs, and school and community partnerships. Qualifications
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability leading recruitment/sourcing efforts with the ability to design and implement sourcing solutions.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency, accountability, and results-driven problem-solving in meeting business talent needs.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish strong relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and present effectively at all levels of the organization.
