Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Description We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Woodbury, Minnesota. This position requires prior experience assisting with managing high-volume hiring needs. As part of a long-term contract role, you will leverage modern tools and platforms to streamline recruitment processes and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

+ Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams + Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process + Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) + Post job openings and support recruiting initiatives + Assist with pre-employment steps and onboarding coordination Requirements

• Strong knowledge of high-volume recruitment processes and strategies.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and AI-driven recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for candidate sourcing.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and schedules.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and hiring teams.
