Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Clayton, Missouri. This paid internship offers hands-on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, university recruiting, employer branding, and talent pipeline development. The role provides meaningful exposure to corporate recruiting within a growing financial services organization and is ideal for students interested in human resources, talent acquisition, or business operations.

Mentorship and collaboration with experienced Talent Acquisition and Human Resources professionals.

Exposure to networking opportunities with leaders and professionals across the firm.

Essential Responsibilities Support the full recruiting lifecycle, including job postings, resume review, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and interview coordination. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to build and maintain candidate pipelines across a variety of roles and departments. Assist with university recruiting initiatives, including campus outreach, career fairs, recruiting events, and student engagement. Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support the planning and execution of the firm's internship program and other talent-focused initiatives. Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts, including social media and campus engagement activities. Assist with recruiting reports, talent analytics, and other projects that support the Talent Acquisition team.

QualificationsCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to commute to our Clayton, Missouri office preferred, but not required. This paid internship is designed for current students and offers flexibility around class schedules. Interns typically work 10-15 hours per week during the academic year, with opportunities for additional hours during school breaks and summer months, based on availability and business needs. Additional InformationMoneta is a fiduciary fee-only Registered Investment Advisory firm and unable to hold securities licenses with the exception of Series 65. We also do not allow outside business activities, insurance commissions and/or trails.
