Job Description

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate, banking, and operations roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, source diverse talent, screen and interview candidates, coordinate hiring processes, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. In this relationship-driven, community-focused culture, you'll support workforce planning, leverage ATS and sourcing tools, track recruiting metrics, and help strengthen our employer brand while contributing to the growth of our banking and wealth management teams. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for banking, wealth management, and operations roles Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies Source and attract diverse talent via job boards, networking, and social platforms Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit Coordinate interview logistics and ensure timely communication with candidates Facilitate offer process, reference checks, and pre-employment steps Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Track and report recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations throughout hiring process Required Skills Full-cycle recruiting Talent sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Interviewing and candidate assessment Offer negotiation HR and employment law basics Data-driven recruiting metrics Stakeholder management Employer branding Microsoft Office/HRIS tools
