$7.25/hour plus $100 Bonus Per Fully Enrolled Student About Mississippi Global Mississippi Global is a brand-new public charter school preparing to welcome scholars for the 2026-2027 school year! We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Temporary Student Recruitment Specialist to lead our grassroots community outreach from now through October 31st . If you are a self-starter who loves engaging with families, networking in the community, and driving results, this is a fast-paced, high-reward opportunity.
Compensation & Incentives Uncapped Recruitment Bonus:
$7.25/hour plus $100 Bonus Per Fully Enrolled Student you bring to Mississippi Global through October 31st.
Key Responsibilities Grassroots Community Outreach:
Execute direct outreach strategies, canvassing local neighborhoods, tabling at community events, and visiting local youth organizations, churches, and daycare centers.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
Connect with prospective families, answer questions about Mississippi Global, and follow up relentlessly via call, text, and email.
Enrollment Support:
Guide families step-by-step through the application and registration process to ensure all required documentation is completed for official enrollment verification.
Qualifications & Requirements Drive & Motivation:
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong motivation to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
Interpersonal Skills:
Warm, energetic, and persuasive communication style; comfortable speaking directly to parents, community leaders, and groups.
Community Connection:
Knowledge of the local community and ability to build quick rapport with diverse families.
Availability:
Flexible schedule, including availability during peak family hours (evenings and weekends for community events).
Transportation:
Must have reliable personal transportation for local field outreach.
Experience:
