8:00 AM•5:00 PM The Role PrideStaff is seeking a motivated, Staffing Consultant to join our growing, locally-owned Asheville office. This dynamic, fast-paced role combines recruiting, client relationship management, and account development to match top talent with local business needs while building long-term partnerships. What You Will Do Screen, interview, evaluate, and hire Field Associates to build a strong pipeline of qualified talent. Match clients with appropriate Field Associates based on skills, experience, and workplace requirements. Conduct new-hire orientations, supervise Field Associates, and manage employee relations issues or investigations. Maintain regular contact with current clients to ensure complete service satisfaction and expand business accounts. Develop new client relationships through local networking, job fairs, marketing outreach, and strategic candidate presentation. Pursue high standards of quality service to generate repeat and referral business across the Asheville territory. What You Will Bring 1+ year of experience in recruiting, recruiting assistant or staffing. Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of hands-on industry experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM or applicant tracking databases.
