In addition, this individual will play an active role in supporting employer branding, recruitment marketing, social media engagement, and talent attraction initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying talent, creating recruiting campaigns, and helping drive organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for internal corporate positions. Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies. Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews and provide an exceptional candidate experience. Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates. Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding Develop and maintain job advertisements on recruiting platforms. Create engaging content to promote company culture, employee success stories, and career opportunities. Assist with social media recruiting campaigns. Support employer branding initiatives to increase candidate engagement and awareness. Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams on recruitment campaigns and hiring events. Monitor recruiting trends and recommend new sourcing and branding strategies. Talent Pipeline Development Build relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals. Develop talent communities for future hiring needs. Attend networking events, career fairs, and industry functions as needed. Utilize recruiting technology, social media, and networking tools to identify top talent. Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR experience. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Marketing, social media, or employer branding experience is a plus. Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
