Job Description
This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. Join our team as a Student Campus Ambassador and play a vital role in promoting Spectrum's brand on campus. You'll be the face of Spectrum, engaging with students, faculty, and alumni to share opportunities at our company.
Event Coordination:
Organize and participate in career fairs and networking events. Coordinate tabling and lobby days by collaborating with campus career services.Promotion and Marketing:
Use social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote events with approved content. Collaborate on content creation for marketing approval.Engagement:
Lead and participate in campus events, ensuring a strong Spectrum presence. Engage with potential ambassadors, employees, and student organizations.Feedback and Reporting:
Collect and report event feedback to improve Spectrum's campus strategies. Provide insights on campus trends and student interests Required qualifications Must be rising senior currently enrolled University of North Carolina - Charlotte and completing a bachelor's degree Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship Preferred qualifications Demonstrated desire to provide high level of customer service to candidates and internal clients Proven ability to build internal and external relationships Ability to maintain confidentiality of information Strong time management, communication and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Prior experience supporting early talent programs #LI-WP1 GGN100 2026-74611 2026
