Job Description

About Inox Solar Inox Solar Americas is powering the future of American-made clean energy. Our Greenville, NC facility is a Tier-1 solar module manufacturing plant producing high-efficiency photovoltaic panels for the U.S. market. Backed by Inox Clean Energy's global investment, we're scaling up rapidly — expanding from module assembly into full solar cell manufacturing and growing our workforce toward more than 1,000 jobs in Pitt County. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the talent pipeline for one of the largest clean energy manufacturing investments in eastern North Carolina. The Role We're looking for a High Volume Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for our production, manufacturing, and warehouse workforce, while also supporting recruiting for office and administrative staff (roles such as HR, accounting, quality, supply chain, and other corporate functions). You'll own requisitions from intake to offer, manage a high-throughput candidate pipeline for hourly roles, and run a more traditional search process for salaried office positions — all while building the sourcing infrastructure needed to staff a rapidly growing manufacturing facility. This role is critical to hitting our production ramp-up and hiring targets as we expand our Greenville operations. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly production, assembly line, warehouse, and manufacturing support roles, often filling 20-50+ requisitions simultaneously Recruit for salaried office and administrative positions (e.g., HR, accounting/finance, quality assurance, supply chain, EHS, and other corporate roles), including writing job postings, sourcing passive candidates, and coordinating interview loops with hiring managers Source candidates through job boards, community partnerships, local workforce development boards, career fairs, ECU and Pitt Community College talent pipelines, and employee referral programs Screen high volumes of applicants efficiently while maintaining a strong candidate experience Partner with plant leadership and production supervisors to understand headcount needs, shift requirements, and role qualifications Coordinate and run on-site hiring events and job fairs Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data, requisition pipelines, and recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate, source of hire, cost-per-hire) Extend offers, coordinate pre-employment screening (background checks, drug screening), and manage new hire paperwork through onboarding handoff Build and maintain relationships with local staffing agencies, NCWorks, and workforce development programs to support surge hiring needs Track and report weekly hiring metrics to plant leadership and HR management Continuously improve sourcing strategy and job postings to reduce time-to-fill in a competitive manufacturing labor market What You Bring 2+ years of high-volume or high-velocity recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or production environments Proven ability to manage a large, active requisition load and prioritize under pressure Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar) and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter) Familiarity with eastern North Carolina's labor market, local workforce agencies, or technical/community college partnerships is a strong plus Excellent organizational skills and comfort with recruiting metrics and reporting Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable representing Inox Solar at job fairs, community events, and on the plant floor Ability to work on-site in Greenville, NC Why Join Inox Solar Be part of a fast-growing, globally-backed clean energy manufacturer expanding its U.S. footprint Play a direct role in bringing hundreds of new manufacturing jobs to eastern North Carolina Competitive salary, benefits package, and growth opportunities as the Greenville facility scales Work alongside a leadership team building a long-term, American-made solar manufacturing operation Inox Solar Americas is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
