• Women's Health Healthcare Medical Recruiter Position Bethany Medical is seeking an experienced Healthcare Medical Recruiter who is energetic, highly motivated, possesses excellent interpersonal communication skills and embodies the ability to work effectively and independently.

Job Details:

Deliver full cycle recruitment, including, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and employment offers. Collects and processes requisitions to fill new or vacant positions. Conducts strategy meetings with hiring managers to identify expectations, clarify processes, and provide regular updates. Creates a communication plan that promotes a partnership for acquiring the necessary talent. Meeting with supervisors and/or leadership teams to discuss open positions and recruitment efforts. Travel to industry events and schools to build talent pipeline including internships. Assist all potential employees through the hiring process to ensuring a smooth onboarding Reduce time to fill for open positions Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards Monitor hiring process to find areas to improve on an on-going basis Posts jobs through internal and external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates. Maintains current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and best recruitment practices. Identifies internal and external candidates for vacant positions, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes and conducting interviews by phone, in person or via electronic video conferencing media Collects, processes, and maintains applicant data including, but not limited to, interviewer recommendations and assessment results. Advises hiring managers and facilitates/participates in selection decision-making meetings. Delivers and negotiates job offers or rejections to candidates.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required.

Ideal Qualifications:

5 years of experience recruiting MDs, PAs, and NPs for diverse clinical settings. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems preferred. Must be self-motivated and a self-starter who works well under pressure. Must be highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of requisitions. Requires superb communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships. Technologically savvy, including proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
