Be able to pass background check. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Administrative Assistant / Recruiter to join our team! This role combines essential administrative support with full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, driving talent acquisition initiatives that align with our organizational goals. You will be instrumental in managing day-to-day office operations while sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent across various departments. Duties Coordinate and perform comprehensive candidate sourcing using HR talent management software, social media marketing (recruitment), and job boards to attract high-quality applicants. Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate skills, and facilitate the hiring process through effective communication and negotiation. Manage full cycle recruiting efforts including external recruiting, campus recruitment, technical recruiting, and high-volume recruitment campaigns. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent management solutions. Oversee employee orientation, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations initiatives to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Utilize HR systems such as iCIMS, Kenexa BrassRing, UltiPro, Kronos, Paychex, and ATS platforms like Lever to streamline recruitment workflows. Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management practices while maintaining HR legal compliance standards. Lead research efforts for talent acquisition strategies and generate leads through cold calling, lead generation activities, and targeted outreach. Support training & development programs and succession planning initiatives to foster internal growth opportunities. Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling interviews, preparing reports, managing HR documentation, and supporting employee engagement activities. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting—preferably in executive recruiting, internal recruiting, or external recruiting—with a strong understanding of full cycle recruiting processes. Excellent negotiation skills paired with exceptional communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers alike. Familiarity with talent management software such as iCIMS, Kenexa BrassRing, UltiPro, or similar HR systems; experience with ATS platforms like Lever is highly desirable. Knowledge of employment law in talent management to ensure legal compliance across all recruitment activities. Strong research skills combined with the ability to source candidates via social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, cold calling, and other channels. Ability to manage high-volume recruitment projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with HR legal compliance standards related to employment law in talent acquisition practices. Demonstrated ability in relationship management—building trust with candidates and internal stakeholders alike. Proficiency in HR systems such as Kronos or Paychex for administrative support functions; familiarity with training & development tools is a plus.
