Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Matthews, North Carolina. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in attracting and selecting top talent to meet organizational needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong expertise in recruitment tools and processes to make an immediate impact. Paylocity experience is a
MUST Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for a variety of roles using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and candidate selection.
  • Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Utilize platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, and CareerBuilder to streamline recruitment activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring progress within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist with onboarding processes and coordinate benefit functions for new hires.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Leverage CRM tools to build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
