Job Description

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a long-term contract opportunity based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who can manage recruiting activities from initial sourcing through offer coordination while maintaining a strong candidate experience. The successful candidate will partner with hiring teams, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and use recruiting systems effectively to keep searches moving forward.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned openings, from intake discussions through candidate selection and onboarding coordination.
  • Build strong talent pipelines by proactively identifying and engaging candidates with relevant experience through multiple sourcing channels.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate experience, communication skills, and overall fit for open positions.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify role needs, align on expectations, and provide updates on search progress.
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and a consistent recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate records, job postings, and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system to ensure clean and current data.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and support timely feedback collection to keep the hiring process efficient.
  • Monitor recruiting activity and share insights on pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring challenges as needed.
