Full Job Description Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Marvin you're responsible for full-cycle recruitment supporting direct labor hiring across production and logistics functions. As a flex recruiter, you'll manage shifting priorities based on business needs and hiring volume across locations and departments, while providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
Highlights of your role:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, frontline roles including production, logistics, warehouse, and DOT-regulated driving positions Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand workforce needs and role requirements Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to assess qualifications, licenses, and regulatory eligibility Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate progression through the hiring process Complete employment eligibility verification, background checks, and required DOT/CDL documentation, as applicable Communicate job expectations, schedules, compensation, benefits, and advancement opportunities Prepare and extend job offers and notify candidates of hiring decisions Execute recruiting activities within a structured, process-driven environment while maintaining accurate ATS documentation Flex recruiting support across production and logistics operations based on business demand Identify areas to improve process and efficiency. You're a good fit if you have (or if you can): Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting direct labor or logistics roles Experience with high-volume, hourly hiring; exposure to DOT-regulated or safety-sensitive positions preferred We invite you to See Yourself at
