In this fast-paced, mission-driven role, you will source and screen clinicians, manage job postings, conduct interviews, and match candidates to client needs. You'll build lasting relationships, guide clinicians through onboarding and credentialing, and maintain accurate ATS records. Working closely with healthcare facilities, you'll coordinate offers, negotiate pay packages, and ensure a transparent, supportive experience aligned with clinicians' goals and lifestyles.
