Company DescriptionEvolution New Jersey is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our thriving Talent Management Team, which is currently increasing in line with the Talent Strategy, continued success of the team and business.

The chosen candidate will work under the Head of HR in the sourcing, finding and hiring of talented individuals to join our ever growing business support roles across the United States.

Job DescriptionBe fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via the various mediums we useTo liaise with other departments within the company to reach talent acquisition goalsTo be fully responsible in the talent acquisition processScreening of incoming CV's from different sourcesSetting up and attending recruitment meetings and interviewsUpdating the internal systemsAdvertising of available positions via all pre-defined mediumsLiaising with external agenciesTo take responsibility to suggest and then implement any ideas or improvements specifics for the recruitment teamTo push forward attraction and talent selection conceptsTake responsibility to finish duties, be it in or outside of working hoursChampion the 'Human Element' within Evolution GamingQualificationsMinimum 2 years business or professional role recruitment experienceVery good understanding and use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)Experience using social media and other techniques for recruitment and business developmentExperience in active sourcing and proactive talent recruitmentAbility to work onsite in Atlantic CityProven ability to build successful partnerships with stakeholder and hiring manager groupsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
