Job Description
Ainsley Search Group is seeking an Recruiter to join a Global Manufacturer located in the greater Philadelphia area. This is a long-term contract opportunity with potential to be hired full-time, company offers full benefit during contract period including health, dental, vision, 401k.
Responsibilities:
- Report to Recruiting Manager and support full life cycle of talent acquisition activities for office, light industrial, technical positions; support hiring manager on developing job profiles and set up mutual agreement on job requirement, timeline, and salary range.
- Sourcing, vetting and interview potential candidates based on job requirements; align candidate profiles with hiring managers' expectations.
- Utilize various recruiting channels to attract applicants such as: job boards, indeed, career fair, Linkedin.com, co-op, internship, etc.
- Collaborate with external staffing agencies to support candidate sourcing effort; establish relationships with recruitment vendors and continue source and on-board new vendors.
- Conduct pre-employment screening, employment verification, new hire paperwork, orientation and on-boarding; administrate employee benefits, payrolls and performance review.
- Support and prepare KPI reports, analytical reports to monitor performance of recruiting channels; develop metrics to monitor new hire performance, turnover, staffing history, etc.
- Design and implement talent development programs across the company; collaborate with hiring managers to identify talents' potentials and establish training programs catering management, career advancement, leadership improvement, etc.
Qualifications:
- Recent 3+ experience as Recruiter in agencies or corporate environment
- Experienced in Full life cycle of recruitment for both exempt and non-exempt positions, exposure to office, light industrial, or technical recruitment is a plus.
- Experience in Manufacturing, oil, gas, heavy industrial industry is a plus.
- Ability to excel in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision, able to meet deadline and execute projects independently.
- Excellent communication skills and people skills.
- Attention to details and client focus.
