Starting at $45,000 annually, based on experience Schedule Week 1: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Week 2: Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM (Monday off) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator to join our Hospitality Division in Edison, NJ. This role supports our clients' staffing needs by managing full-cycle recruitment, coordinating onboarding and scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company and client requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, fluent in English, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred, but not required. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, interview, and recruit qualified candidates for hospitality positions. Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms. Conduct candidate interviews and assist throughout the hiring process. Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and training schedules. Manage employee scheduling and job assignments based on client needs. Collect and verify employee timesheets for payroll processing. Partner with payroll to help ensure timely and accurate employee payments. Maintain accurate staffing reports, records, and activity metrics. Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-up with clients. Collaborate with the sales team to support client needs and expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, employees, and internal teams. Requirements Fluent in English; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Previous recruiting, staffing, hospitality, or related experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office . Ability to work the rotating Monday-Friday/Tuesday-Saturday schedule.
