Job Description
Job Overview KPower Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Bilingual Staffing Office Recruiter to join our team. We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and motivated individual who is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced staffing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, assisting candidates throughout the hiring process, recruiting new talent, and helping drive traffic into our staffing office. 9:00 AM
•5:00 PM Some Saturdays may be required from time to time , especially during peak hiring seasons Must be flexible based on business and recruiting needs Responsibilities Greet and assist applicants, associates, and visitors entering the staffing office Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service Assist candidates with job applications and the onboarding process Create and issue employee work badges Recruit candidates through: Phone calls and recruiting call logs Social media platforms Flyers and community advertising Job boards and other recruiting resources Networking and other creative recruiting methods Follow up with candidates and potential applicants Help generate traffic and increase candidate flow through the staffing office Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information Assist with daily office administrative tasks Maintain the staffing office clean, organized, and professional Communicate effectively with management, recruiters, supervisors, and associates Multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Provide professional and friendly service to all candidates and associates Requirements Fluent English and Spanish

REQUIRED
Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or office experience preferred Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable Must have reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities Comfortable speaking with candidates by phone and in person Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience using Google Sheets Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional attitude and appearance Ability to work independently while also being part of a team Willingness to assist wherever needed in a busy staffing office What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is people-oriented, energetic, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative . $18.00
