What You'll Do Build & Maintain Talent Pipelines:

Recruit and sustain a strong pool of skilled candidates for multiple client sites.

Full-Cycle Recruiting:

Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates to ensure a ready-to-deploy roster.

Placement & Onboarding:

Match candidates to the right assignments, conduct orientations, and prepare them for successful start dates.

Pre-Employment Screening:

Administer background checks, drug tests, and skills assessments in compliance with client and legal standards.

Communication & Coordination:

Answer phones and emails, partner with hiring managers, and ensure timely responses to support client satisfaction.

On-Site Support:

Assist with associate check-ins at client locations when needed. What You Bring Prior recruiting experience within a staffing agency

Bilingual:
