Bilingual Staffing Recruiter Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in available positions. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Schedule:

Full-time — Monday through Friday; hours may vary based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels Review applications and resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings Conduct phone and in-person interviews as needed Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients Assist with the onboarding process and required employment documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruiting system Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Provide a positive and professional candidate experience Assist with other recruiting and staffing tasks as needed

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish required Previous recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn recruiting software and systems Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
